Morphhaus Cancellation Policy
At Morphhaus, we are committed to providing a premium wellness and beauty experience for every client. To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests and support our therapists, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation policy.
Appointments & Bookings
All appointments at Morphhaus must be booked in advance. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Cancellation Notice
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- More than 24 hours’ notice — Full refund or complimentary reschedule at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice — A cancellation fee of 50% of the service value will be charged.
- No-shows (failure to attend without notice) — The full service fee will be charged.

Cancellations must be received and confirmed by a member of the Morphhaus team to be considered valid.
Late Arrivals
We understand that delays can happen. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your full service; however, out of respect for other clients, your session may be shortened and the full service fee will still apply.
Prepaid & Package Bookings
Cancellations for prepaid services or package appointments follow the same notice requirements above. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be deducted from your package.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events occur. If you are unable to attend due to illness or a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you with a reschedule at no penalty, at our discretion.
Deposits
A deposit may be required at the time of booking for certain services or peak periods. This deposit is fully transferable to a rescheduled appointment with adequate notice, or non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
